We converted the 17’ wide x 8’ high portion of the chain link fence (the short side, running along Columbia Street) into a faux wall that extends from the neighboring red tapas bar. From the street-side (exterior) view, the wall had the appearance of a house exterior. From the Art Lot-side (interior) view, the wall had the appearance of the interior wall of a house.
